We offer you a wide range of support options. From telephone support to on-site troubleshooting. Let us know about the problem you are having with your unit and our technicians will help you find a solution. You can also aid this process along by sending us images of your unit by e-mail or by video calling us.
If your unit malfunction cannot be remedied together with our support over the phone, we will be happy to come to you. Our service technicians carry any spare parts that may be required and can install them directly if necessary.
Your Herco unit has been hand-crafted with the utmost care using high-quality parts. Before leaving the factory, our RO units pass through our test facility, where they are modified depending on their future use and put through their paces.
Despite the utmost care being taken in the manufacturing process and despite passing through our test facility, it may be (due, among other things, to the transportation process, longer storage or altered media) that the new Herco unit cannot be put into operation as desired or that malfunctions occur during the start-up phase because of early failure of an electrical component, for example.
In such situations, we offer the fastest possible assistance by providing you with a spare part immediately, regardless of whether the fault in your unit actually turns out to be a grounds for complaint or not.
