Herco Wassertechnik GmbH has been long been recognised for its high standards of quality in the water treatment market. Our production is on site in Freiberg am Neckar and we export from here to the rest of the world. At the same time, the generation shift is changing Herco. Will the interview and introduction to the company take place on site or online?
The interviews are structured in such a way that we can gain as comprehensive an impression of your personal and professional skills as possible. That is why we always prefer to meet in person on site in Freiberg. However, if the situation requires it, online meetings are also possible.
Can I apply even if I do not meet all the requirements of a job listing?
Yes, that is not an barrier in principle. However, the unfulfilled requirements should not outweigh the number of fulfilled requirements.
